Job Title: Residential Roofing Estimator

                  Organized - Goal-Oriented – Client Focused

We Will Train You To:

Inspect, Diagnose & Fix Roofing Issues for Residential Roofing Systems - Shingles, Metal, Tile, TPO, Modified Bitumen, PVC & Built-Up

Keep personal & truck appearances clean & professional

Team Spirit – Bring positive moral to your team members

Arrive on time to scheduled appointments

Take and Upload project pictures – Before and After Pictures

Use Company Drone for Pictures and Video during appointments

Create estimates for residential roofing projects & bids for commercial roofing projects within 24 - 48 hours of sales appointment

Follow-up with residential clients 3 days, 1 week & 2 weeks after submitting estimate

Follow-up with commercial bids on a weekly basis

Submit Material Orders to Production Department

Work with GCs - ongoing during commercial projects

Achieve approved contract sales goals of $125,000 per month

Turn in all receipts within 7 days with Job#

Attend Job Starts

Data & picture entry into CRM

Complete scheduled oil changes and maintenance for company truck

Excellent customer service skills while keeping clients up to date on projects & general information

Accounts Receivable: Accept checks

Lead Generate with Lawn Signs, Networking, Previous Client Book and or Professional Associations

Job Type: Full-time

Monthly Commissions: 30% of profits on your completed paid projects

Bi-Weekly Base Salary: $769.23 = $20,000 annually

Projected Annual Income: $110,000 - $200,000

Personal Days: Accrual Rate, at 12 days per year = 96 hours

7 paid holidays per year: New Year Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day

Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Coverage (optional after 90 days), Company Truck / $500 per month Truck Expense, Fuel Expense, Company Attire & Cell Phone

Required: Ability to climb a ladder for roofs 1 – 3 stories, Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Training Period: 3-4 Weeks
